If you wish to cancel your agreement, you may cancel by delivering or mailing by certified mail, return receipt requested, written notice to Dragon Yong-in Martial Arts. The notice must say that you do not wish to be bound by the agreement and must be delivered or mailed before 12 midnight of the third business day after you sign and receive a copy of your agreement. The notice must be mailed or delivered to the location of which you have signed up. If you cancel, Dragon Yong-in Martial Arts may or may not be entitled to a portion of the total agreement price. In Dragon Yong-in Martial Arts goes out of business and refuses to give a refund, there may be a bond or letter of credit under which you are entitled to collect.
There are no refunds given for tuition paid for used or unused tuition payments, testing fees, after school tuition, day camp fees, or summer camp fees.
Dragon Yong-in Martial Arts may request your information. This will serve as a means to contact you in regards to your interest in our program, or to complete your order for any products/services you may have purchased. Dragon Yong-in Martial Arts will NEVER give or sell your information to any third parties. We may use your information for future internal marketing purposes in regards to the programs of Dragon Yong-in Martial Arts.

All supplied sensitive information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Database to be only accessed by those authorized with special access rights to our systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.
